My Workbench
My dad purchased this Ulmia workbench sometime in the early 1990s. He was a power tool user and bought this bench because he liked it. I was pleasantly surprised when I found him in a in a rare moment of weakness and talked him out of it. Now it is the center of my multipurpose workshop. which was originally built to house two automobiles. Well, that was a waste of space because they can stay outside and I can use the space for woodworking and metalworking. I have some powertools but really like to work by hand using vintage handplanes. Many of my projects are plane and tool repair. Please join me as I post interesting projects and illustrate woodworking techniques.
