Thoughts rumble around in my brain constantly. Sometimes they have nothing to do with woodworking. But I have to get these thoughts out before, A–I forget about them, or B–my head explodes. So when you are on the internet and cruising around the ether with no specific destination in mind, you now have a place to land. I am a religious person but choose to keep those thoughts private. Ditto for politics. In my opinion, those two topics are best handled face to face. Not that the Pile will be without controversy because I will probably say things that some people will not agree with. That’s OK. I will stick to observations and fatherly advice. Some of it may even be worthwhile. And judging from stuff I have seen on the internet, that bar is set pretty low. My modest goal here is to both inform and entertain.
